Editing Subscription Guidelines

Read Before Subscribing

To ensure a smooth workflow, fast delivery, and the highest quality content, all editing plans follow the standards below. These guidelines protect your time and ours, and help us deliver consistent, polished content every week.
 

1. What’s Included (Across All Plans)

All subscriptions provide professional short-form editing with:

• Clean cuts and pacing

• Captions (dynamic or static)

• Light motion graphics (on editor essentials and above)

• Professional Sound treatment and leveling

• Color correction

• Upload-ready exports 

• Standard turnaround times based on your plan are in business days / business hours. (M-F 9am - 5pm PST)

• One revision round per short-form video (higher tiers receive more)

• Delivery in the number of formats included in your package

**Your package level determines output volume, format count, turnaround speed, and long-form support.
 

2. What’s Not Included

To keep the workflow efficient and predictable, the following items fall outside the scope of all monthly editing subscriptions unless explicitly included in your plan:

• Creative direction, scripting, or developing the concept for your video

• Selecting clips from large folders with no notes or timestamps

• Social media strategy, marketing strategy, funnel development, or messaging frameworks (available in the Executive Content Concierge & coaching packages!)

• Brand redesign or new graphic packages

• These services can be added on if needed (see Add-Ons below).
   

3. What You Must Provide for Each Video

To ensure fast, accurate edits, please provide:

   A. Footage

Upload clean footage in organized folders via Google Drive, Dropbox, or your preferred cloud storage. ​Send us the exact clips to use and we'll hanble th erest!

** IF your footage is complex or with multiple versions of takes, it is helpful to recieve timestamps of the takes you prefer. Our editors will use our best judgement, but if you already know the times, it will help provide success for these eidts! If your video is a simple talking-head recording, you do not need to provide timecodes... we will remove silences, mistakes, and tighten the pacing as part of the normal edit.
 

Timecodes are only needed when:

• You send multiple clips or long recordings and want specific moments used

• You provide a large folder of B-roll or mixed footage

• You want to control exactly which parts appear in the final video
   

   B. Reference Example (When Possible)

A link to a video you want us to use as inspiration always helps!

   C. Call to Action (If Needed)

Examples:

• “Follow for more”

• “Click the link in my bio”

• “Book a strategy call”
   

   D. Brand Assets

Logo, fonts, colors, lower third templates, and any brand rules we should follow. Editing begins only after all required items are received.
 

Best Practices for High-Quality Results!

• Film facing a light source

• Use an external microphone

• Minimize background noise

• Keep your message tight and focused

• Record in 1080p or 4K at 24–30fps (for slow motion clips, film in 59.94 or above) Questions, feel free to write or call!

These simple adjustments dramatically improve final quality :)

Revision Policy

Each short-form video includes one revision round unless your plan specifies more.

Revisions include:

Caption changes

Minor pacing adjustments

Correcting color or audio issues

Replacing a clip or two (with new timestamps)

Revisions do not include:

Rebuilding the entire video

Changing the creative direction after delivery

Completely re-selecting footage

Turning a short-form edit into a full promotional ad

**Additional revisions can be added at a flat rate.

Creative Direction Package

We select the clips, build the storyline, write hooks, and shape the full concept.
Starting at $250 per video or $750 per month.

Thumbnail Design

$25 per thumbnail (included in higher tiers).

Long-Form Editing

Podcasts, YouTube videos, presentations, long episodes, etc.
Custom quotes based on length and complexity.

VIP Content Day

A full on-site production day with Brandon Bianco.
Included quarterly in some coaching/retainer tiers!
