Refund Policy

At The Apex Authority, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and programs. Because our work includes both digital products and custom consulting, refund terms vary by service type.

1. Online Courses & Digital Programs

  • All course purchases (including The Apex Method or other training programs) are non-refundable once you gain access to the course materials.

  • We encourage you to review the course outline and ask questions before purchasing.

2. Consulting, Coaching & Strategy Calls

  • Free strategy calls have no financial obligation.

  • Paid coaching sessions, brand intensives, or consulting hours are non-refundable once completed.

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.

3. Subscription Services (e.g., Editing Plans, Retainers)

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time with written notice before the next billing date.

  • Payments already processed are non-refundable, but you will not be charged for the following month after cancellation.

  • Prepaid subscriptions (3, 6, or 12 months) are non-refundable.

4. Concierge & Done-For-You Services

  • Custom production packages, studio builds, and concierge services require a signed agreement.

  • Deposits and retainers are non-refundable once work begins, as resources and scheduling are reserved in advance.

  • Remaining payments follow the terms outlined in your service agreement.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in rare circumstances of service non-delivery or billing errors.
